The Patent Holder states that its position with respect to licensing any patent claims contained in the patent(s) or patent application(s) disclosed above that would necessarily be infringed by implementation of the technology required by the relevant IETF specification ("Necessary Patent Claims"), for the purpose of implementing such specification, is as follows(select one licensing declaration option only):

Licensing See Text Below for Licensing Declaration
Licensing information, comments, notes, or URL for further information

In case an RFC or later document along the IETF standards track based on draft-ietf-mpls-tp fault-03 will be covered by a patent based on PCT/SE2009/050627 a license to such patent will be available to all implementers on the terms and conditions of Licensing Declaration option b) above.
In case any other now existing draft relating to mpls tp, or a later document on the IETF standards track based thereon, will be covered by a patent based on PCT/SE2009/050627 a license to such patent will also be available to all implementers of that draft or document on the terms and conditions of Licensing Declaration option b) above.

VIII. Other Notes

Additional notes

The Patent Holder thinks PCT/SE2009/050627 as filed and as published does not cover draft-ietf-mpls-tp-fault-03.
Presently the Patent Holder thinks it is very arguable if it is possible that any patent based on PCT/SE2009/050627 might ultimately cover any RFC or later document along the IETF standards track based on draft-ietf-mpls-tp-fault-03. Still, this IPR disclosure is made now that the PCT/SE2009/050627 has recently been published to safeguard transparency and availability of RF licenses to such patent according to option b) above, to all implementers in case an RFC or later document along the IETF standards track, based on draft-ietf-mpls-tp-fault-03 or based on any other now existing draft relating to mlps tp, would be covered by a patent based on PCT/SE2009/050627.
