Pursuant to the requirements of Section 10 of RFC 2026 ("INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHTS"), this statement affirms the position of DualName,
Inc. (DualName) with respect to patents on the method and system
related to virtual domain names and irtual email addresses.

It is the intention of DualName to submit the method and other elements
described in to IETF for review, comment
or standardization.

DualName has filed for one or more patents on the method and system
related to virtual domain names and virtual email addresses. If a
standard is adopted by IETF and any patents are issued to DualName with
claims that are necessary for practicing the standard, DualName is
prepared to make available, upon written request, a non-exclusive
license under fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and
condition, based on the principle of reciprocity, consistent with
established practice.
