If a standard is adopted by IETF and any patents are issued to DualName with claims that are necessary for practicing the standard, DualName is prepared to make available, upon written request, a non-exclusive license under fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and condition, based on the principle of reciprocity, consistent with established practice.
