Please be advised that I (Todd S. Glassey), Michael McNeil and Datum (Symmetricom now)
to varying degrees jointly hold rights to a patented set of technologies as specified in
EuroPatent # EP 0 997 808.

My and Mc Neil's rights therein are identified in a settlement agreement in addition to
the patent and so the settlement agreement is a key piece in understanding the scope of
licensable rights and their applicability. This includes, but is not limited to the
Glassey GeoSpatial Keying ** and Evidentiary Digital Testimony Models and encompasses
what is referred to as Phase One technologies in the settlement between Datum and us.
All rights to Phase Two technologies rest with GMT.

If there is an issue with this claim or you are interested in licensing this technology,
contact me through my attorney, Dennis Kennelly Esq, at 650-853-1291.

** GeoSpatial keys are elements of location data from GPS or other sources, that are
used a part of a cryptographic or evidentiary process within a digitally signed model.
The use of geospatial keying allows for mechanically placed constraints to be setup on
digital events so that they are particular to their physical location. One example of this
would be the use in Cell Phones, but the reverse model is useful also as part of digital
evidence statements based on a particular location.

Todd S. Glassey
IP owner.
