This is to advise the IETF that Pantera Tech believes it owns several
pending patent applications that may relate to CDI working group. To
the extent that the technology discussed in these Internet Drafts
becomes an IETF Standard and to the extent claims of Pantera Tech's
patents which issue from these pending patent applications are
required to implement the IETF Standard, Pantera Tech agrees that,
upon written request, Pantera Tech will offer, on a nondiscriminatory
basis, non-exclusive licenses on fair and reasonable terms under such
patent claims to implement the IETF Standard. Pantera Tech's
willingness to grant such licenses is conditioned upon the prospective
licensee granting a reciprocal license to Pantera Tech under any
patents that the prospective licensee has to any technology required
to implement that IETF Standard.

Note: The individual submitting this template represents and warrants that he or she is authorized by the Patent Holder to agree to the above-selected licensing declaration.
