V. Disclosure of Patent Information i.e., patents or patent applications required to be disclosed by RFC 3979 as updated by RFC 4879
A. For granted patents or published pending patent applications, please provide the following information:
|Patent, Serial, Publication, Registration, or Application/File number(s)||
The US6370629 Patent has a settlement agreement which has THIRD-PARTY LICENSING PROVISIONS INCLUDING MANDATORY US OF CALIFORNIA LAW IN ANY ASPECT OF THE USE OF THE US6370629 PATENT; this IP is also COPYRIGHT PROTECTED BY THAT VERY PATENT BEING PUBLISHED THROUGH THE IETF PROCESS AS WELL AS EXTERNALLY WITH COPYRIGHT PROTECTED GLOBAL-KEYING SERVICE ADDITIONS. As such its protection lasts until 2085 and not at the expiry date of the US Patent itself.
Finally there are seven illegally filed and then abandoned instances of US6370629 to address creating arguably a serious matter in the context of international users from the Nations of Australia, South Korea, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Canada, and the EU. Finally under the BRITISH CONTRACTS ACT OF 1999, the contractual agreements for the patents actions are protected in Britain as well. Hence, there could be a problem using secured timestamping in any IETF protocol in any capacity as a control aspect as well as this and the 20 or so other protocols noticed to already infringe on US6370629's 'teachings'.
Have a nice day.

VIII. Other Notes
The alleged frauds as documented in the unauthorized filings of US6370629 like this one from Australia for instance are pretty solid we believe. Notice the SETTLEMENT SIGNING DATE AND THE FILING DATES OF THESE - any unauthorized use is then logically an extension of those actions; the Implications of that Statement speak for themselves. And to document those statements here then are the links to those Patents. The filing dates for the key ones are included. The AusPat instance as an example is on top of Page 2 left corner.
Here then are the filings for each of the ABANDONED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION INSTANCES OF US6370629.
