Hello,

Confirming. The update to IPR disclosure 7595, Certisyn, Inc.'s General
License Statement, was submitted by me on 18 October 2026. I'm the Founder
and CEO of Certisyn, Inc. and I'm authorised to update the company's
disclosures.

The update records the application filed on 6 September 2026 as US 64/149,1=
16,
and the royalty-free licensing undertaking that goes with it.
