This is a response to Liaison Statement 1157. That statement can be found here: https://datatracker.ietf.org/liaison/1157/. Thank you for sending us the liaison statement about the NGN studies and informing the IETF about the planned use of NSIS in an ITU-T Recommendation. The IETF appreciates any further information about future developments with respect to the ITU-T use of NSIS. Please note well that NSIS itself is not endorsed by IETF, but it has been published as Experimental RFCs in all of its parts, including but not limited to the QoS models.
