ITU-T SG20 thanks IETF for the helpful Liaison statement and hopes to keep in close touch on this topic. This liaison answers IETF-LS14. ITU-T Study Group 20 thanks the IETF for the helpful information and comments. These will be considered in the process of the ongoing work item Y.IPv6RefModel (Reference Model of IPv6 Addressing Plan for Internet of Things Deployment). We would like to inform you that the current progress of Draft Recommendation Y.IPv6RefModel has been made available to RIPE’s IPv6 Working Group and is due to be discussed at their future meeting(s). We will share the future progress with you when our ongoing work is reaching completion. ITU-T SG20 hopes both parties will continue to keep in close touch on this topic. ITU-T SG20 also looks forward to cooperating with the IETF experts and to benefit from their expertise in this domain. |
