This liaison statement informs 3GPP, IETF, BBF and ITU-T Study Groups 2, 11 and 17 about the consent of new Recommendation ITU-T Y.3400 (formerly Y.IMT2020-CNC-req) “Coordination of networking and computing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond - Requirements”. ITU-T Study Group 13 would like to inform 3GPP, IETF, BBF and ITU-T Study Groups 2, 11 and 17 about the progress of new Recommendation ITU-T Y.3400 (formerly Y.IMT2020-CNC-req) “Coordination of networking and computing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond - Requirements”, which was consented at the ITU-T SG13 meeting (23 October - 3 November 2023). The Recommendation specifies the requirements for coordination of networking and computing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond (CNC). ITU-T SG13 looks forward to keeping continued collaboration and exchange with you on the topics of coordination of networking and computing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond (CNC).
