This experimental document specifies a new Frame Marking RTP header extension to convey information about video frames that is critical for error recovery and packet forwarding in RTP middleboxes or network nodes. The document is well-writen and reader-friendly. In section 3.4 Signaling Information, it will be clearer if the reference of SDP can be added.
