I am the assigned Gen-ART reviewer for this draft. The General Area
Review Team (Gen-ART) reviews all IETF documents being processed
by the IESG for the IETF Chair. Please treat these comments just
like any other last call comments.

The draft is essentially ready for publication. It just has a few nits which
may be corrected.

1) Not everybody knows the acronym "RIR" (Regional Internet Registry), so
please specify the meaning.

2) when data set (update or whatever) is rejected, what should the sender do?

3) updates frequency: the draft specify "hardly" (one minute etc...) the
intervals. But in case of any connectivity or client/server misfunctioning this
may cause unexpected effects like disalignemnts etc... have you thought of some
"moderation" mechanisms to avoid this (or to make the time interval
specification mode flexible and tunable)?

that's all from the ART point of view!

All the best
Claudio
