I have reviewed this document as part of the OPS directorate's ongoing effort
to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. Comments that are not

last call comments.

First, a big thank you to the authors and working group for a thoroughly
approachable draft. From the abstract that draws a reader in, through the
(many) pages of following text that feel like a handheld guide, I found myself
learning things. Thanks for that.

I don't have structural or technical feedback to give - the draft is clear in
what it covers and what it doesn't. There are some IDNITs that need to be
addressed, and general editing help (missing punctuation, capitalization and
consistency), all items easily addressed. Otherwise the document is ready to go.
