MINUTES
---------------------------------

1. Administrivia

The minutes of the 2022-02-28 RSOC meeting were approved.

2. v3 Issues and Tools

John Levine reported that he has a draft of 7991bis that matches the
language that XML2RFC currently accepts. He wants to take another pass
to fix tenses and address places where the software does not match the
XML elements. John said that he will try to have this ready by the end
  of IETF 113.

Jay Daley said that it would be helpful to start flagging issues that
were raised in GitHub. Peter Saint-Andre said that anything with any
controversy around it should also be posted to the rfc-interest list

3. RFC-Futures Update

Peter Saint-Andre reported that he has an updated version of draft-
iab-rfcefdp-rfced-model ready to post that incorporates IESG feedback.

Jay Daley reported that Martin Dürst has been added to the RSCE
recruitment committee. The recruitment firm is currently talking to
committee members to craft the job description.

4. RSOC Transition Planning

The Temporary RFC Series Project Manager contract has been extended
through the end of September 2022.

At the IAB meeting on 2022-03-02, Peter Saint-Andre took an action to
write something up for the IAB that maps out how RSOC responsibilities
will be handled in the new model.

The IAB agreed that the first meeting of the RSAB should include the
RSOC and be the official transition point. Peter Saint-Andre
speculated that this might happen in late April or early May.
