This disclosure relates only to Avaya patents claiming the benefit of priority to a patent application filed on February 21, 2008 and entitled "A Method and Apparatus for Distributed Secure Call Recording Using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP)".

is included in a standard adopted by IETF, and any claims of any above-identified Avaya patents are necessary for practicing the standard, any party will have the right to use the invention(s) covered by the patent claims thereof under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the standard.
