Review Result: Ready

This document proposes the use of the reserved DNS leaf node name "_for-sale"
to indicate a domain is available for purchase. The approach is consistent with
established uses of underscored labels and presents no technical concerns when
implemented as described.

In my earlier review of version -09, I raised the possibility that this could
evolve into a de facto standard, and recommended DNSOP discussion. Since then,
I have seen the draft circulated and discussed on the DNSOP mailing list, and I
believe it has received sufficient exposure within the operational DNS
community to proceed.

I also note Russ's comment on section 2.2 in his review on defining the minimum
set and support that setting defined before proceeding.

Thank you to the author for the continued clarity and refinement of the draft.
