Summary:

I appreciate the drive behind this -bis and commend the work!

I found no issues on a YANG module review, particularly since the update from
8347 is editorial.

I do have a couiple of concerns, however:

1. Some references, both normative and informational, have been obsoleted:

** Obsolete normative reference: RFC 2787 (Obsoleted by RFC 6527)
** Obsolete normative reference: RFC 5246 (Obsoleted by RFC 8446)
-- Obsolete informational reference (is this intentional?): RFC 3768
     (Obsoleted by RFC 5798)

2. The NIST normative reference has been withdrawn on 02/20/2025 with a
message. Follow the URL on the reference.

   [NISTIR8366]
"Guidance for NIST Staff on Using Inclusive Language in
Documentary Standards, National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST) Interagency or Internal Report 8366",
              NISTIR 8366, April 2021,
              <https://doi.org/10.6028/NIST.IR.8366>.

I feel both issues need fixing.

Thanks!

Carlos.
