This is a routing directorate review. Just like other directorate review, it
should be considered as part of the last call comments by the authors, the WG
shepherd, and the AD.

Status: no editorial or textual comments.
The changes from "master-slave" relationship to a "leader-follower" provide an
excellent recontextualization of the concepts.   The text is easy to read.  As
the document stands, I have to no additional comments.
