Hi,

This is my second YANG doctors review of this draft.  The first review was for
version -02, and all of my comments on that version are now resolved.

I only found one nit; the example URI values in this draft should use the
"example" scheme, i.e., change "foo:an-id" to "example:an-id" etc.
