Donald E. Eastlake 3rd

Donald Eastlake is a Principal Engineer with Futurewei Technologies working on advanced network product standards and research. He previously worked for Cisco on the Cisco Network Registrar product, and before that with Motorola in their Broadband Network Research Laboratory. In the IETF, Donald is an author of 99 RFCs. He currently Co-Chairs the IETF BABEL Working Group and Chaired or Co-Chaired six no longer active IETF Working Groups in the Internet, Routing, Security, and Applications Areas: the TRILL, PPPEXT, XMLDSIG, ECML, TRADE, and CALEXT Working Groups. He is a member of the IETF Security and Internet Directorates.
